Who we are
Quiz Night (quiznight.d9.army and the Quiz Night iOS app) is run by VR EXPRESS OOD, Bulgaria. Contact: ilian@vrexpress.io.
Using Quiz Night
By playing you agree to these terms. Solo, the Daily Challenge, Quick Duel and joining a party are free and need no account. Hosting a party or making question packs needs an account.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete it at any time on quiznight.d9.army/account.
Names and fair play
Choose player names that are not offensive or impersonating someone. Do not cheat, automate play, overload the service or try to read answers before they are revealed. We may remove players, rate-limit requests or block accounts that do.
Packs and worlds you create
You keep the rights to what you give us, and you let us store and show it so the game works. Packs you share to Community are public: anyone can play and report them. Do not upload material you have no right to use, or anything illegal, hateful or sexual. We may hide or remove reported content.
AI-generated questions
Custom packs and worlds are written by an AI from your topic or document. They can contain mistakes; check them before using them for anything important.
The service
Quiz Night is provided as it is. We work to keep it running but cannot promise it is always available or error-free, and we may change or stop features. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it.
Privacy
How we handle data is described on the Privacy page.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Bulgarian law applies. Questions: ilian@vrexpress.io.
